My Journey..

Growing up in Brooklyn within a Hasidic ultra-Orthodox family and community, I was deeply rooted in ancient traditions, ritual, and a profound connection to the sacred. This foundation of spiritual seeking and reverence for something greater than myself would prove to be the bedrock for everything that followed.

I embarked on my adult journey by rapidly scaling my construction company into a successful eight-figure operation. However, after years of soul-searching, navigating a divorce, and raising my two beautiful children, I made the conscious decision to step away from the relentless grind and move closer to nature.

The spiritual hunger in me evolved. While the forms changed, the deep seeking for truth and connection to the truth remains constant. For many years, I dedicated myself to learning the profound beauty that exists right in front of us and all around us. I immersed myself in ancient nature methodologies, deepening my understanding of plants and plant medicine. This sacred practices and plant wisdom exists for all of us, everywhere. And profoundly offers wellbeing and wisdom.

This path led me to close many chapters of my life, as I continue moving toward deeper truths within myself.

My journey ignited a passion to help others discover their own deepest truths and explore the shared humanity and nature’s gifts that are available to us all. Through my work with elders and indigenous tribes experienced in sacred plant medicine, I found my deep purpose and value by guiding others through heart medicine work. I recognize now that whether in a Brooklyn synagogue or in ceremony with indigenous elders, the human heart seeks the same thing - authentic connection to the divine and to each other.

I've come to understand the profound value of applying these transformative experiences to daily life through ongoing integration and intentional action. This work develops our capacity to love well - ourselves, others, and the world around us.

The Principles I Stand By:

  • Actions are the real magic - Psychedelics are not magic; the daily actions after the journey create transformation. Real change happens one day at a time through small, consistent habits.

  • All paths lead to oneness - Every authentic spiritual tradition points toward the same eternal truth: everything in the universe is one. Behind all religious conditioning lies the universal connection we all seek.

  • Healing happens from the inside out - Health and spiritual practice come first. When these foundations are clear, relationships and careers naturally align themselves.

  • Return to natural simplicity - Success is simple: eat healthy, move your body, spend time in nature. Technology disconnects us from the natural rhythms essential for wellbeing.

  • Sacred medicine as doorway - Plant medicine serves as a tool for expanded consciousness, helping us access what lies beyond normal comprehension and awaken our enhanced senses.

  • Trust inner wisdom with guidance - Every person carries deep wisdom within. Through proper support and radical honesty, we can distinguish between growth-oriented impulses and avoidance patterns.

  • Love is created through action - Like going to the gym, we create love through acts themselves. This applies to self-care, relationships, and all aspects of life.

  • Community requires self-love first - We all need connection and thrive with others, but cannot be happy in community without first loving ourselves.

  • Honor roots while embracing transformation - Like a tree, we cannot thrive without accepting where we came from - our cultural identity, background, and past experiences including traumas create who we are.

  • Integration through building habits - Deep change unfolds slowly through sustained commitment. Small, steady, consistent changes create lasting transformation over time.
